I would like to cancel my subscription. How can I do so?
You can cancel your subscription to the digital edition of Sha'ar La'Matchil in one of three simple ways:
By email: sales@plimus.com 
Via the international phone number: 1-858-350-7473, or
Via the billing company Plimus' and its online management interface at:
https://secure.plimus.com/escalate_shopper_issue.jsp.

Can I freeze my subscription?
Unfortunately, we are not set up for this option.

I forgot my password/ user name. What should I do?
A new password and user name can be issued at the management interface of the billing company “Plimus” at: https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp?designId=1

I would like to change my password/user name. What should I do?
You can change your password and user name at the management interface of the billing company “Plimus”:

To change your password please click on the “Password” link on the main menu
To change your user name please click on the “Settings” link on the main menu

Is my subscription automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period?
Yes. Before the term of your subscription ends you will receive a reminder by email stating that your subscription is about to end and that it will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. An address will be attached to the message where you can cancel your subscription on the Plimus website. In addition, you can cancel your subscription by calling the international telephone number 1-858-350-7473 or by sending an email to sales@plimus.com.
